"Three rings on the phone and I was talking to an experience HVA Tech. He understood the problem, identified someone to arrive within a hour and the gentlemen whom arrived listened to my explanation of the symptoms and after testing the system was able to identify the problem within 5 min. Had the part replace within 30 min and the Air was cooling the house within an hour. Steve was a great person and was kind to answer all my off the wall questions. Thanks for your efficiency and kindness."
