"Superior service! Thanks Steve!! They've been out on different occasions for my air conditioning, heater, and plumbing over the last few years. Every time I've needed them they have been dependable, courteous, professional, HONEST, and they get the job done right! Going above and beyond just standard service, I can't recommend ANY business in the AV more than these guys."

"Very efficient and professional. Came earlier in the time frame given, which I appreciate. Reasonable pricing. Called around 8:30 and Steve came around 9:45, was there 30-40 minutes and boom the heater was working again."

"Priority One came to our rescue we had had another Co install our furance and they installed it incorrectly causing my family to be put in danger Priority One repaired all of the other Company negligence and now we are very warm and happy. "Priority One Heating and Air is hands down the best HVAC Company we have ever used! The lady in the office was kind and listened to my problems, we needed our house to be cooled immediately, as we were in the middle of a terribly hot summer, she scheduled an appointment immediately and the guys were at the house the next morning! They showed up and were very professional and knowledgable! Steve, the owner, and his brother Tommy addressed the problem we were having with our Ac and discussed our options in detail with us. When we decided to go ahead and give them the job and have it fixed we figured it would be a couple more days to order parts and for them to return to do the job. To our surprise Steve said that he had the parts in his truck and could do the job then and that he would have our Ac system back up and running in a couple hours!!! To my surprise Steve said that he stocks the common parts for most jobs on his truck so his customers don't have to wait in their desperate times.. Wow! So in an hour and a half we were back up and running! Our Ac has been ice cold since that day! The best part was that the job didn't break the bank, he was honest with us and only fixed what needed to be fixed. I even looked up the cost of the parts he replaced and found that I would have paid about the same price but would have had to wait for them to be shipped to us... I recommend Priority One Heating and Air to anyone having issues with their Heating or air conditioning or who may just want to service or upgrade their system for the months ahead! These guys are family owned and operated so you are going to get that extra effort and comfort level that's hard to find today with all the corporate run companies. Great work guys!"
