"When you find a great product or service, you tell someone. Priority 1 is one of those companies you tell people about. Steve of Priority 1 just completed a condenser coil replacement for me, and I couldn't be more pleased. The day the unit failed was on a 105 degree Saturday. I called Priority 1 and Steve was there within an hour or so. He charged the system but determined the unit needed replacing. I submitted a claim through home warranty and after a couple of days some other company was assigned (what a clown show). After a couple of weeks it was determined by home warranty the other company could not, or would not perform, and offered me a cash out option. I called Steve that day and he installed the unit within 24 hours. Steve did every single thing he said he was going to do, and more. He was accessible, knowledgeable, like-able, and competent. If you need HVAC work done in the area you should absolutely call Steve at Priority 1 in Menifee."

"steve came out and changed my intake and output valves and recharged my ac. this may not seem like big deal but it is. 2 other people that came out from 2 different ac companies in the past year and when they left i still did not feel my ac was cooling like it should. after steve left my son said to me this is the best he could remember the ac working. my service call was o4/27/2016. i have waited to use the ac for awhile. today is 05/30/2016. the ac is runnig fine and i will definitely call stsve again if i have a ac problem"

"Just my luck my A/C goes out on the first day of a 3 day weekend. I called 2 companies I have previously done business with and they were both closed for the 3 days. I called Priority One and they were working on the holiday weekend. Steve was at my front door within the hour and found my problem in a very short period of time just before my inside temp hit 90. I couldn't be happier and Priority One will be my new_go-to first if I have a problem. I have already referred them to two of my neighbors."

"Answered phone at 9:30 PM, Made an appointment for next morning bright and early. Technician showed up early in the appointment window, and had the issue pinned and resolved in less than 15 Minutes. Friendly and informative. Would recommend in a heart Beat!!! thank you Priority One!!!!"
