"We called another company and they could not come out for three days. Steve came out the same day. He was very nice and was on time. He found the problem with our air conditioner. Actually, he found a few problems. We discussed the need to take care of each problem. Steve gave us our options and said it was up to us. There was absolutely no pressure. He was very reasonable. We are very happy. He was a real pleasure to work with. We will definitely call Steve when needed again. Update, had a different issue with the air conditioner the same night. Steve came back in the morning, found the issue and fixed it right away!! Thanks again, Steve!! You'll be on my speed dial from now on!!!"
