"They answered their phone on a Sunday and we had an appointment within 24 hours during the hottest week of the year in the middle of a pandemic! Tommy and Steve were on time, easy to contact, and fixed our fan motor and duct the same day in 108 degree heat. They were also pleasant, polite, and cleaned up after themselves without being asked. They did all of that at a reasonable price with smiles on their faces. I will call them again and recommend Priority One highly. Thank you!"

"A/C went out today around 2:30, called and had someone helping us by 4:00, A/C was working again by 5:45. Gave us exactly the info we needed. Priced reasonably, very professional.10/10 would recommend!"
