"My AC blew out midday 8/13/2020, by 7:33 PM I was at my wits end. I looked online and saw the advertisement for Priority One Heating and Air Conditioning, Inc and it said open 24 hours. I called and I received a return call almost immediate. I set an appointment for the next day. I was given a time range and Tommy the repair man came out right when they said. Tommy was knowledgeable and very professional, he showed me everything and he explained it so I understood. The pricing was excellent, and in less than 45 minutes my air was back on and my house was cooling down. If you need your Air Conditioner worked on, I recommend Priority One Heating and Air Conditioning, Inc. 100%"

"They answered their phone on a Sunday and we had an appointment within 24 hours during the hottest week of the year in the middle of a pandemic! Tommy and Steve were on time, easy to contact, and fixed our fan motor and duct the same day in 108 degree heat. They were also pleasant, polite, and cleaned up after themselves without being asked. They did all of that at a reasonable price with smiles on their faces. I will call them again and recommend Priority One highly. Thank you!"
