"Technician Steve arrived at the early side on when to expect him. He was courteous, professional, and determined to figure out the problem. No parts were required, just his trouble shooting and experience. Our systems's issue was fixed and we're happy with hotter days expected this weekend. He was recommended to me by a friend and I will 100% recommend him and his company even on the local Face Book page if someone is in need."

"We called Priority One for a broken A/C on a hot Saturday afternoon. The receptionist was professional and friendly. She provided a 2 hour window for service that day. Less than 2 hours after my initial call, the technician had arrived, diagnosed the problem, replaced some parts, took my debit card payment for very reasonable charges, and was gone. Technician Steve R. was so professional, kind, knowledgeable, and fast. This was the second time we've used Priority One and each time, the experience was outstanding! Great job Priority One!"
